Confirmation & your right to cancel

Niche Living will send you a confirmation email in respect of your booking within 24 hours. In the event a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of making a booking, please contact us or the relevant booking site to confirm your booking.

Should you cancel your booking at any time upto 48 hours prior to commencement of your stay, you will be refunded the Fee in full.

Should you cancel your booking thereafter (i.e. within 48 hours of commencement of your stay or ay any time during your stay) you will forfeit your Fee in full. If you fail to arrive for your booking, you will forfeit your Fee in full.

You agree that the above cancellation fees are a fair and genuine estimate of the loss that Niche Living would incur on the cancellation of a booking.

Before Your Stay

Niche Living reserves the right to cancel any booking, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you, up to the commencement of the booking.

Niche Living is not under any obligation to offer an explanation for the cancellation, but reasons may include, but are not limited to, any overbooking or system error.

Where Niche Living cancels your booking pursuant to this section, we will return to you any payment you have made to us via the original payment method used by you.

During Your Stay

Niche Living reserves the right to cancel a booking in any of the following circumstances:

• You have failed to take up occupation of the studio;
• You have failed to pay the Fee and associated charges on the due dates;
• You have persistently breached these Terms & Conditions and/or the Guest Handbook (a copy of which will be provided to you on check in);
• You have been convicted of a criminal offence which Niche Living regards as serious.
• Niche Living considers it necessary to move you from the studio for your protection or the protection of others.

In the event that Niche Living cancels your booking pursuant to this section, you will not be entitled to apply for any accommodation in any Niche Living property in the future without the consent of Niche Living which it may withhold at its sole discretion.

Payments

You will be asked for full payment at the time you make your booking (the Fee). Niche Living is a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Credit and debit card transactions will be charged at the local currency rate. Niche Living does not accept responsibility for additional costs that may be incurred.
