Niche Living offers contemporary studio accommodation designed for both short and long stays across three of Dublin’s most connected neighbourhoods. Whether you’re visiting for a night, a business trip, an extended stay or several months, you’ll enjoy your own private studio alongside access to thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a gym, cinema room, rooftop terraces, co-working lounges and more. Combining the comfort of home with the service and convenience of hospitality, Niche Living offers a flexible way to stay in Dublin. Each property offers fantastic transport connections.

Whether you’re visiting for one night or planning a stay of up to 12 months, we offer flexible accommodation to suit your plans. Longer stays are subject to availability, so if you’d like to extend your booking, we recommend letting us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

All guests have access to our thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including fully equipped gyms, rooftop terraces, cinema rooms, bookable meeting rooms, co-working lounges and welcoming communal areas. We also have on-site laundry facilities (at an extra cost) and hairdryers in all studios. Amenities may vary slightly by location.

We have no on-site parking.  Please contact our team before your arrival and we’ll be happy to advise on parking options for your chosen property.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.

We’re approximately 20 minutes by taxi to Niche Living Ballsbridge, 30 minutes to Niche Living Rathmines and 40 minutes to Niche Living Dun Laoghaire. Public transport options (Aircoach ) also make arrival easy.
