Niche Living offers contemporary studio accommodation designed for both short and long stays across three of Dublin’s most connected neighbourhoods. Whether you’re visiting for a night, a business trip, an extended stay or several months, you’ll enjoy your own private studio alongside access to thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a gym, cinema room, rooftop terraces, breakout rooms, co-working lounges and more. Combining the comfort of home with the service and convenience of hospitality, Niche Living offers a flexible way to stay in Dublin.

Our all-inclusive monthly rate starts from €1,995 per month. This includes your fully furnished private studio, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, Studios are serviced fortnightly with fresh linen & amenities and cleaned monthly, and full access to our shared amenities, including the gym, cinema room, co-working spaces, lounges and rooftop terraces. There are no hidden bills, so you can simply settle in and enjoy your stay.

Whether you’re planning a stay of one month or up to 12 months, we offer flexible long-stay accommodation to suit your plans. Longer stays are subject to availability. If you’d like to extend your booking, we recommend letting us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes. Your private studio comes fully furnished with everything you need to settle in, including bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and a dedicated work desk. Simply bring your personal belongings and make yourself at home.

Yes. If you’d like to stay beyond your original departure date, simply let our team know as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability.

Yes. Friends and family are welcome to visit. If you have an overnight guest, we simply ask that they are registered with reception.

We do not have car parking available onsite. Please contact our team before your arrival and we’ll be happy to advise on parking options for your chosen property.

A number of our studios have been designed to accommodate guests with accessibility requirements.

Niche Living has been designed specifically for adults.

Unfortunately, pets aren’t permitted. However, registered guide dogs and assistance dogs are always welcome.

Unlike a traditional house share, you’ll have your own fully private studio with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, so there’s no need to share kitchens or bathrooms. With regular housekeeping included, there are no cleaning rotas or shared household responsibilities. When you want privacy, you have your own space. When you’d like to socialise, you can enjoy our shared lounges, co-working spaces and amenities—offering the best of both worlds.

Check-in is available from 3:00pm on your arrival day.
