Whether you’re staying for a few nights, several months or longer, our accessible accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort, independence and ease of use. Our shared spaces have also been built to accessible standards, allowing every resident to enjoy the Niche Living experience with confidence.

Accessible Studios

Our contemporary accessible studios have been carefully designed to provide greater comfort and flexibility without compromising on style. Larger than our standard studios at 23sqm, each accessible studio offers additional space alongside a range of thoughtfully integrated accessibility features. Features include:

  • A fully enclosed en-suite bathroom with a level-access shower
  • Lowered kitchen appliances for easier access
  • A motorised murphy bed for added comfort and flexibility
  • Contemporary, thoughtfully designed interiors
  • High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace
  • Ample storage and comfortable living space
