From bed linen and a WFH desk to kitchen equipment and towels, our private studios are kitted out with everything you need. Just bring your clothes, your personal items and the little touches that help you feel at home.
We’ve thought of everything
We want to make life easy for you, which is why so many things are included in our monthly fees. From bed linen and housekeeping to utilities and the onsite fitness suite, the monthly fees cover everything.
Includes a double bed and smart TV. Kitchenette comes with utensils, hob & fridge. Full en-suite, WFH desk, ample storage, valuables safe.
Electricity, water, heat and refuse included in our monthly fees. Plus, super-fast WiFi throughout the building.
State-of-the-art onsite gym and fitness suite, fully equipped with Life Fitness and Cybex equipment.
Full access to purpose designed co-working spaces with private meeting rooms, video conferencing and printing.
Your private studio is cleaned fortnightly, shared areas cleaned daily. Linen and towels provided and laundered fortnightly.
Concierge service available at any time of the day or night for your safety and peace of mind.

Flexible to your Needs
We offer stays from 2 weeks to as long as you need. However, this is subject to availability. If you wish to stay beyond your departure date, it’s best to let us know as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
How do I become a Resident?
You can book directly via our website, or you can request more information. Simply click "Book Now" to begin the process.
A Reservations Agent will get in touch once development is ready to arrange a viewing of the property.
Provide the required documentation – reference, bank statement.
Once all the required documentation is received, it is reviewed and verified.
Based on booking and availability. A security deposit is requested at this stage
